In a hemp market constantly under legislative attack, Sunmed CBD began the pivot to biohacking services and needed to expand the brand to encompass the new offerings. The goal was to develop a sub-brand that would maintain customer trust while embracing new service concepts, blending holistic wellness with innovative treatments, and maintaining brand equity.






My strategy focused on creating a sub-brand that felt familiar yet innovative. The visual identity used lighter, spa-inspired shades to distinguish the new services from traditional CBD products while maintaining brand consistency. Collateral included a complete suite of branded assets: brochures, event banners, service menus, and digital content. The campaign successfully introduced the therapeutic services without disrupting existing customer loyalty. Franchisees reported positive feedback on the visual appeal and clarity of the new materials, which helped ease the transition into new offerings.
